Meet the owner Victoria "Tori"
Saying pizza is in Victoria's blood might be an understatement. Victoria's story starts in The Bronx, her father John owned and operated Louie and Ernie's one of the best NYC pizzerias for over 30 years. Tori grew up working in the family business and learning the family trade. After achieving one of her dreams of being a collegiate softball coach she decided to chase another which was opening her own pizzeria.
