Meet the owner Victoria "Tori"
Saying pizza is in Victoria's blood might be an understatement. Victoria's story starts in The Bronx, her father John owned and operated Louie and Ernie's one of the best NYC pizzerias for over 30 years. Tori grew up working in the family business and learning the family trade. After achieving one of her dreams of being a collegiate softball coach she decided to chase another which was opening her own pizzeria.
Tori dove head first into the pizza industry for the next five years taking time to not only master the art of making pizza alongside her father but set out to learn the different styles. From NY style , to Neapolitan, Detroit, Sicilian, and grandma; Tori was on a quest to put everything together she learned from some of the best in the industry to create her own flare on pizza.
After the blessing of her parents, years spent studying, creating and trying thousands of slices Tori was ready to share her recipes and story with the world. Her passion and love can be found in every bite or conversation you have with her .
